A) Employment Linked Skill Training and Placement Programme under West Bengal Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Development & Finance Corporation (WBSCSTOBCDFC)
We have got the work order from WBSCSTDFC for last 6 consecutive years (in the year 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-2018,2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021). We provide Skill Training to the unemployed BPL SCST youths to increase the employability of the students and placed them in the industry as per their acumen. We are providing 2 certificates to the students-Central Government Certificate & Industrial Certificate). From the year 2015 to till date we have trained approximately 5000 Tribal students and placed more than 3500 students in Automotive Sector.
B) Employment Linked Skill Training and Placement Programme under West Bengal Tribal Development Co-operative Corporation Ltd. (WBTDCC Ltd.)
We have got the work order from WBTDCC for last 6 consecutive years (in the year 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-2018,2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021). Here mainly the training has been monitored by Large Area Multipurpose Societies (LAMPS). We provide Skill Training to the unemployed Tribal youths to increase the student’s employability and placed them in the industry as per their acumen. We also provide 2 certificates to the students-Central Government Certificate & Industrial Certificate. From the year 2015 to Till date we have trained approximately 3000 Tribal students and placed more than 2200 students in Automotive Sector
C) Employment Linked Skill Training and Placement Programme under Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development ( PBSSD )
Frostees India Pvt. Ltd is committed towards large scale Skill development for youth population to improve the scope of gainful employment and entrepreneurial opportunities under PBSSD. We are doing training under the aegis of the PBSSD (PaschimBanga Society for Skill Development) for placement linked short-term skill trainings across the State of West Bengal. For last 4 years we are implementing the Skill Training under PBSSD. Under this society we have trained approx 3500 students and placed 2250 students under Automotive, IT-ITes, Apparel and Tourism & Hospitality Sectors.
